Where do you ship from?
I ship from Taiwan and I handle all orders by myself.
Shipping may take some time, so please be patient.
Which countries do you ship to?
I can ship to most countries. If you can't receive it, I will contact you and cancel the order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Asia area: about 7-14 days
International areas: about 20-30 days
Shipping time may be affected by the country or region.
Orders will be shipped uniformly, and I will use carton packaging for shipment. You will receive the package tracking code via email. Please wait patiently.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
I do not offer refunds unless the item is out of stock.
If the contents of the package are incorrect or missing, I will provide a full refund or replacement.
My order didn't arrive
Please use the tracking code to check the progress of the package first. If you have not received the package after waiting for more than 30 days, please contact me and I will provide a full refund.
But please note that I am not responsible for any taxes.
My order is incorrect
Please provide me with a complete video of the package being opened for confirmation. If it is my mistake, I can reship the missing goods to you for free.
